How do I get billed for subscription services?

Elev8 Talent Agency bills on a monthly subscription basis, similar to other professional SaaS or talent-as-a-service models. Once you select your plan, your first month’s payment is processed immediately to activate your account.

From there, billing recurs automatically every month on the same date, using your preferred payment method (credit card). You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your subscription at any time with notice before your next billing cycle. unless you are under a minimum contract time. 

After selecting your plan, you’ll receive a confirmation email requesting key role details. Once submitted, your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to launch your hiring campaign and onboard you to your client dashboard.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes — subscriptions can be paused or canceled after the minimum commitment period listed for your plan.

Each tier has a built-in minimum term to ensure effective recruiting results:

  • Essential Hire: 1–3 month minimum

  • Team Builder: 3-month minimum

  • Growth Partner: 6-month minimum

  • Enterprise Solutions: 12-month minimum

After the minimum period, you can pause or cancel anytime with written notice before your next billing date. During your active term, all open roles continue to be supported through the end of the paid cycle.

Can I add extra services or upgrades?

Absolutely. Every subscription can be customized with add-ons, including background checks, advanced talent assessments, skills testing, reference automation, video screening, and employer branding campaigns. You can add or remove these services at any time.

How fast can I expect to see candidates?

Timelines vary based on role complexity and market conditions, but most clients receive their first qualified candidates within 3–10 business days. Because Elev8 maintains a large active pipeline, some roles can be filled in as little as a few days.

How does billing work for contingency placements?

For contingency-based hires, Elev8 Talent Agency invoices upon the candidate’s start date, with payment due within 15 days of the invoice date.

Late payments are subject to interest at 2% per month (24% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law. This ensures fairness and consistent service delivery.

All invoices are issued upon confirmation of the candidate’s start and include the agreed-upon placement fee as per your signed client agreement.

Can I hire multiple candidates from the same shortlist?

Yes — but each hire from the same shortlist constitutes a separate placement and will be invoiced accordingly at the same agreed-upon rate. This ensures transparency and fairness when multiple candidates are selected from the same search effort.

When is a candidate considered “placed”?

A candidate is considered placed once they have accepted an offer — whether verbal or written — resulting directly or indirectly from Elev8’s introduction, regardless of when they begin employment.

This includes any role (permanent, contract, or freelance) the candidate accepts with your company or an affiliate within 12 months of initial introduction, in accordance with standard recruiting industry terms.
