Discovery & Onboarding

You’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager — your single point of contact throughout your engagement.

Plan Setup & Subscription Activation

For Subscription Clients:
After you select your plan, you’ll receive an onboarding email requesting company details, hiring goals, and role priorities.
Once your account is activated, your Account Manager leads a kickoff call to map out your custom hiring roadmap and configure your ATS or dashboard access.

For Contingency Clients:
Once a signed client agreement is received, we initiate your search immediately.
We prioritize speed and precision to deliver qualified candidates within days — often from our existing talent pipeline.

Research & Sourcing

Our Human + AI sourcing system targets both active and passive candidates across national databases, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal networks.
We don’t wait for applicants — we headhunt.

Screening & Shortlisting

Every candidate goes through structured evaluation by experienced recruiters:

  • Skills and background verification

  • Cultural and team alignment

  • Optional testing and assessments

  • Reference or background checks

You’ll receive shortlists weekly or bi-weekly (for subscription clients) or within agreed timeframes (for contingency searches).

Once an offer is accepted, we support onboarding and new-hire integration.

Payments & Renewals

Subscription Recruiting:
Billed monthly via secure payment (Stripe, ACH, or credit card).
No per-hire commissions — just a flat monthly rate.
Plans can be paused, upgraded, or canceled after the minimum term.

Contingency Search:
Invoices are due within 15 days of candidate start date.
Interest applies to overdue balances as stated in our service terms.
