TJ’s mission is simple: to elevate how companies hire by combining the precision of AI with the intuition of human expertise. His signature approach, known as “Human-AI Recruiting,” bridges data-driven sourcing with the personal touch of headhunting — ensuring every placement is both strategic and human-centered.

A passionate entrepreneur and talent strategist, TJ has built Elev8 on a foundation of partnership, transparency, and performance.
